Raise your hand if you're over-the-moon, can't-wait, super-freaking-excited to grab a copy of the Women's Health January/February 2015 cover featuring...Britney Spears! Everyone? Thought so! There's a lot about the pop diva you'll find in our magazine that you won't find anywhere else.
For instance, the mom of two (Preston, 9, and Jayden, 8) reveals what it really took for her to bounce back post-baby to look as sexy and fit as she does. "After I had Jayden, it was real easy for me to get back in shape," she says. "But five years later, I started noticing changes in my body. My hips are a little bit wider because I’ve had kids. So it was crucial for me to be continuous with my exercise. Consistency is key."
Right on, Brit. But that's not all you'll read about in our upcoming issue. Britney also shares one her favorite habits: meditation. "I meditate. But I fall asleep," she says. "I'm either going wild in my head or I'm asleep." On top of how she stays so Zen while touring and managing her perfume line, we've got an 14-day workout regimen that Britney did herself for two weeks!

So Here’s How Britney Spears Got Her Jaw-Dropping WH Cover Bod
Hint: She worked, bitch.
In the late '90s and early 2000s, Britney Spears rocked belly-baring tops like a boss. She sported a schoolgirl version in the "...Baby One More Time" music video, a nude, jeweled one at the 2000 MTV Video Music Awards, and a sexy green one (with a snake!) in the "I'm a Slave 4 U" music vid.
And, oops, she just did it again.
Britney, 33, is in the pages of our January/February 2015 issue looking as fabulous, fit, and ab-tastic as ever.
"I don't mind working out," she tells Women’s Health in the exclusive interview. "I'm at my best when I'm busy. If I don’t work out [in a gym], I’m either swimming laps, or I’m doing yoga." Britney's three fitness go-tos? Hitting the pool, practicing on her yoga mat, and taking high-intensity interval training classes at Drenched Fitness.
