Day 15 - PHYSICAL HEALTH - Strengthen your hands!
Select a supple object (anti-strees ball, sponge, spouse's neck). Take it in the palm of your hand and press firmly with your fingers. Repeat the exercise at your own speed for 15 minutes, alternating hands.
I used a beanbag toy, I don't even want to think about what Christelle used...
