I emptied these products in 2015.
From left to right:
1. Matcha Green Tea with real matcha powder from 7-11 was a good product because it contains a large dosage of real matcha. I turned the cap to open the seal and release the matcha powder into the water below. I shake the bottle and the matcha green tea is ready to drink!
2. fresh SUGAR Lip Therapy Lip Balm was an amazing product that saved my lips in the dry Australian summer. This lip balm sank into my lips and offered sustained protection from the dry air and harsh winds. I have almost all the flavours of lip balm from fresh SUGAR.
3. St Ives Even and Bright exfoliating shower gel scrubbed thoroughly but gently. I also love its fragrance and colour. I have all the St Ives shower gels from this series.
4. Biore Makeup Removal Cleansing Wipes were effective, soft, and moist. The moisture lasted a long time before drying. I have repurchased a couple of packets.
5. Sephora Smooth Nail Polish Removal in liquid form (not the one with the sponge) was gentle on my nails and non-pungent. I loved its effectiveness. This is the second bottle that I have emptied.
6. Burt's Bees Deep Cleansing Cream was strong and effective at cleaning yet ultra mild on my sensitive skin. I would have purchased this in its full size if not for the high costs and my overflowing stash of cleansers.
7. Nivea Sun Whitenening SPF 50 PA+++ was so affordable and very effective at preventing sunburn. I used it on my last beach holiday. I will buy it again for everyday use but not for long and strong exposure to the sun because I think Banana Boat sunblocks are still better.
8. Blanc de Blanc 3 in 1 Hydro Retention Gel was very effective at hydrating my skin in air-conditioned sleeping environment. This was my second and final tube of this product. I will not repurchase it for now because I have other face masks and sleeping gels to finish.
9. Ulta White moisturiser that I bought from Thailand was very comfortable on the face and also the wallet. I loved it while it lasted - a good 1 year. However, I have learned never to buy skincare from overseas if I know I cannot get it again because the truth is that I will never fly all the way back to get the same thing. I will also not trouble others to get this for me because it is hard to find.
10. Ma Cherie Shampoo and Conditioner was good while it lasted but not excellent. I do not intend to purchase the full size of it as my heart is still with Ascience and L'oreal Elseve. I find it difficult to switch brands now.
11. Benefit That Gal Brightening Face Primer was a gorgeous product that lasted me a good three years. The product is so well-sealed and has a very sanitary twist-up-only-what-you-need packaging that it was in prime condition till the very last drop. I miss it so much and I am always tempted to buy another tube. I am just holding back the urge because I want to finish my Urban Decay Primer Potion for face. I highly recommend people will dull and/or dry skin to buy the Benefit That Gal Brightening Face Primer!
What is one product that you had emptied and love in the last year?
