Katy Perry in Roland Mouret - 'The Tonight Show with Jay Leno' Appearance

Katy Perry made an appearance on 'The Tonight Show with Jay Leno' on June 21st.She was beautiful in a fitted, navy blue Roland Mouret Spring 2012 dress with a red floral design and cap sleeves.  I'm not usually a fan of Katy's style but on this occasion, she truly impressed.  Her hair didn't even bother me.  Image Sources: justjared, style
